About Me

Crystal is a gifted Reiki master and sound healer. She is deeply passionate about spiritual growth and mental well-being. A Devoted mother of five, she embodies balance, compassion, and care in both family life and her healing practice. 

Crystal is also a talented macrame artist who enjoys sharing her craft through teaching and creative expression. She began learning macrame in 2018 as a creative outlet and a form of mediation. Since she has been able to create intuitively guided pieces that inspire others. 

Crystal has continued to grow in her spiritual journey by becoming a Holy Fire Reiki master and a Sound Healing provider. Blending both Reiki and soothing vibrations of sound therapy, she guides her clients toward relaxation, clarity and inner peace. 

Her own journey began as a personal search for relief from anxiety and now she shares her wisdom through workshops, private sessions, Reiki infused artwork and community gatherings focused on wellness, mindfulness, and creative expression.
